Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Pet Jet — VIP Transit Portal app (the “App”), provided by Kayo Services & Consulting, LLC (“Kayo,” “we,” “us”), handles your information. We built Pet Jet to help you follow your pet’s international transit clearances with as little data collection as possible.

The short version

• Pet Jet does not require you to create an account or log in.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies in the App.
• Documents you choose with “Upload Missing Documents” are selected on your own device and are not automatically transmitted to or stored by the App.

Information we collect

The App itself is designed to run without collecting personal information automatically. Specifically:

• No account information. The App does not ask you to register, and does not collect a name, email, or password to function.
• Documents you select. When you tap “Upload Missing Documents,” your device’s file or photo picker opens so you can choose files. In the current version of the App, these files remain on your device and are not sent to us through the App. If a future version adds document submission to Kayo, this policy will be updated to describe it before that feature is offered.
• No analytics or tracking. The App does not embed advertising or behavioral-analytics tools and does not set tracking cookies.
• Basic technical data. Like any website or app, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability. This is not used to identify you personally.

Contacting your concierge

If you tap “Message your concierge on WhatsApp,” the App opens WhatsApp so you can start a conversation with Kayo. Any information you choose to share in that chat is sent through WhatsApp (a Meta service) and is handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy terms and Kayo’s normal client-communication practices. Please share only what is necessary for your pet’s travel arrangements.

How we use information

Where you do share information with us (for example, by messaging your concierge), we use it only to respond to you, coordinate your pet’s transit and documentation, and provide the services you have requested. We do not use it for advertising.

Third-party services

• Hosting. The App is delivered through a third-party web hosting provider that serves the App’s files to your device.
• WhatsApp / Meta. Used only if you choose to contact your concierge, as described above.
• Fonts. The App loads typefaces from Google Fonts to display correctly.

These providers process only the limited data needed to deliver their service and under their own privacy terms.

Data security

The App is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection. While no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect the limited information involved in providing the App.

Children’s privacy

Pet Jet is intended for adults arranging pet travel and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

Because the App does not require an account and does not collect personal profiles, there is generally no stored profile to access or delete. If you have communicated with us and would like us to review, correct, or delete information you shared, contact us using the details below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
